Information you choose to provide

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, messages, preferences, class or event interests, artist or vendor information, and other details you intentionally provide when you contact Elev8 Arts or use an active Elev8 service.

If transactions, registrations, applications, donations, or accounts are activated, the relevant form or checkout will identify the information required. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Elev8 Arts.

Limited technical information

Our website and hosting providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic records needed to deliver and protect the site.

The current public site does not use advertising pixels or an activated marketing-analytics integration. A local browser preference may remember your selected visual theme. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

To provide the thing you asked for

We may use information to answer questions, provide classes or event information, process an authorized registration or transaction, support artists and vendors, operate Elev8 Capture, maintain records, improve services, prevent fraud or abuse, protect safety, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers, legal needs, and your direction

We may share information with vendors that perform services for Elev8 Arts—such as website hosting, messaging, email, scheduling, payment processing, forms, security, or customer support—only as reasonably needed for those services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during an organizational transaction, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure. We do not sell personal information.

Art, profiles, comments, and event participation

Information you authorize for a public artist profile, vendor listing, testimonial, event roster, or similar public feature may be visible to others. Private contact, submission, and account information is not made public merely because you participate in an Elev8 Arts program.

Access, correction, deletion, and opt-outs

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and lawful retention needs. You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the message's unsubscribe link and withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP.

Colorado residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain certain personal data and to opt out of covered sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. Elev8 Arts does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Only as long as reasonably needed

We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business and program records, resolve disputes, protect safety and security, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Reasonable safeguards, honest limits

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identity information through ordinary email or text unless an authorized Elev8 process specifically requests it.

Parent or guardian involvement

The general website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. Youth classes or programs may be offered, but registration and consent must be completed by a parent or legal guardian through the authorized process for that activity.

Other services have their own policies

Links to maps, social platforms, forms, payment providers, scheduling systems, or other third-party services are governed by those providers' privacy practices. Elev8 Arts is not responsible for their independent policies or security.

The effective date shows the current version

We may update this policy as Elev8 Arts services and legal requirements change. Material revisions will be identified by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice.
